ClawHatch provides managed AI assistant hosting services. We set up, configure, and maintain personal AI assistants that are accessible through Telegram and run on our dedicated infrastructure.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to:

• Be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

3. User Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the service in a way that harms our operations
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We're not responsible for third-party service outages (Telegram, etc.)
• Service levels may vary based on your subscription tier

8. Intellectual Property

Rights and ownership:

• Your Content: You retain rights to your conversations and data
• Our Service: ClawHatch owns all rights to our software and infrastructure
• License: We grant you a limited license to use our service
• AI Models: We may use various AI models; you don't gain rights to these models

9. Privacy and Data

• Your conversations are private and isolated from other users

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance
• You can cancel if you disagree with changes

14. Dispute Resolution
